Loft 27 at Jackson St. Lofts

My husband and I have lived here for a little over two years and could not be happier! We have a beautiful, spacious apartment that we love. The staff goes above and beyond to attend to the needs of the residents. They are efficient, attentive, and all around great people. Special shout out to Javier who, on the few occasions we've needed some help in the apartment, has been extremely responsive personable and friendly. He gets the job done. All in all, this is a great place to live.

My apartment is spacious, spotless, and the community lounge is perfect for hosting all the holiday events I prefer outside my home. This year, I was able to invite over 30 friends and family members, and it was an amazing, safe space to celebrate life together. It feels great knowing I have a stylish place to call home, complete with enjoyable amenities—even the Wag Café where dogs can hang out! Honestly, what doesn’t this place have? Parking in the garage is hassle-free, and package deliveries are convenient thanks to my designated Hub. If something doesn’t arrive, I simply report it to the carrier, since a few lazy ones occasionally leave packages outside. I love this place, I have been here about 4 years the staff actually cares about your well being. It quiet and larger then all the other apartments in Lowell and its also closer to the highway. This is a no brainer!!!! All apartment I toured before that were ghetto and roach ifested. I have never had any issues, maintence gets to me immediatly and I park my car in the garage. I'm not sure why people are saying parking is hard to get, maybe they dont want to pay for it, but living downtown is a privlage and i always have parking espcially when there is a festival in twon! I feel so secure here!

I just want to take a moment to recognize Clarissa at the leasing office. She's not only a genuinely kind and welcoming person, but she was also incredibly helpful throughout my entire renewal process. Clarissa guided me through the paperwork, and her attention to detail, professionalism, and clear communication made everything seamless. She's knowledgeable, eager to assist, and truly goes above and beyond. It's rare to come across someone with such dedication and hustle. Working with the ENTIRE Jackson Street Lofts Office over the past few years has been amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and my apartment! Apartment is beautiful but the designated dog potty areas are disgusting. People don’t clean up after their pets. My dog needed an Antibiotic for catching a bacterial infection in the potty areas.s There is often pet feces in the stairwell,halls and elevators. There’s only 2 elevators and one is often not working. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, you’ll hear r everything especially from upstairs neighbors. Also receiving packages is a nightmare. They could be in any one of four places and often times can’t find your package at all. The apartment is gorgeous and big but not worth the headache of everything else.
