I've lived here for over a year. The trailer itself is nice and new. The park is quiet and clean. The very consistent problem is that I've had a leak in my roof for over a year and nobody will fix it. I have called, texted, emailed, and used the app to put in multiple maintenance requests. These people have never even attempted to communicate back. I pay almost 1200 for lot and mobile home rent and get zero response. This company is so unprofessional that it's pathetic. ***Edited to add that if you do choose to rent here, do not let them con you into believing that you can only pay rent through the app called AppFolio. They will make an additional $9.99 off of you each month. That’s $119.88 more each year and they are still unable to properly communicate over maintenance requests.

Leaves mold and leaking windows and leaking doors after multiple requests. Yet they can increase rent for 'maintenance costs'. They don't do anything about the pathetic kids that are constantly in your driveway trashing the place and hitting your vehicles. Has plumbers come out at 2 in the morning, then plays stupid asking us why we think someone is harassing us with a tv or shining a light into our window. On top of it all we were never told that a tree had fell onto our trailer not long before we moved in. The floor does nothing but creak. And the whole place reeked of cat pee for months and the carpeted rooms always smell musty. While they half way put in flooring that doesn't even meet the walls. Just buy a house for the cost of the mental strain this place will put on you.

BEWARE!!!!!! Scummy, socially-disabled, consciousless BUSINESS HERE!!!! They bought the trailer park and just started evicting good paying tenants for no reason. Then they got to me and gave me a non renewal after four years of great history, then did NOT give me a reason, the house was spotless, they stole my security deposit over 1200$+, they did all of this through email and couldn’t even answer the phone, speak to me in person as to why, and the house sit there, unoccupied and untouched for months now— these people are cowards, they do not care for people at all, they are money hungry.. they lied and said cleaning would be OVER 1k$ so we’re keeping your deposit without a single bit of detailed receipt and then we’re just gonna let it sit because on top of it all we are LAZY. Things were mostly fine when I lived there, save for a 21% rent increase in 14 months. They promised paved parking when I moved in (August ‘21)ago and a number of driveways still weren’t paved when I left (September ‘23). At one point we didn’t have trash service for a month and an abandoned trailer was left in a common area for a while. They waited 2 weeks to inspect my trailer after I moved out, and then screwed up my security deposit. My initial refund got lost in the mail, however they told me it had never been sent. They then claimed they sent a second one. When the original check arrived a month later, they told me it was the only one they’d made out to me. I’m not sure if they’re inept or liars but I hope I never find myself in a position to have to do business with them again

We lived there for 14 months before a new job moved us out of state. The place was spotless when we moved in and everything was in good order and working well. We did have one issue with the fridge and they fixed it immediately. Very clean nice neighborhood and neighbors. Responsive maintenance crew and they do a nice job of mowing and keeping the place looking good. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice quiet place to live.
