The Villas at Island Road

Potential renters should be very cautious about signing a lease here based on how management handled a recent situation involving my sister. She received a 3-day eviction notice that was only taped to her front door, with no phone call, no email, and no other attempt to notify her. Because her apartment has a garage and she normally enters through that, she didn’t see the notice until about 12 hours before the 3-day deadline expired. Then on Friday evening at 5:30 PM — right when the office closed — she received an email stating she had to be completely moved out by the following day. The timing meant she had no ability to contact management, ask questions, or attempt to resolve the issue before the deadline they gave her. I have lived at The Villas at Island Road for over 3 years now! I Love it here! Management is Always There to Help You! Maintenance response in a timely fashion! The Gym is kept clean as is the Pool. I recommend this Apartment complex to anyone searching for! It is an amazing place! Never have had any problems with neighbors. Grounds are always kept clean. Definitely a Great Place to Live!

I have been living at the Villas at Island Road for 2 years now & absolutely love it! The staff is always friendly & helpful. The amenities are always clean & available as needed. My dogs & I couldn't ask for a nicer or safer place to call home. Thank YOU Brandon, Cheyenne, & the rest of staff for being top notch 😊

The Villas on Island Road are an amazing place to live! The staff is so helpful with anything I have needed. Their friendliness is exemplary! I love my townhouse. It felt like home from the very first day! I would recommend The Villas to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and wonderful place to live!

I personally only worked with Brandon and he was lovely! Answered all my questions and continues to do so! I love the property as well, very nice on the inside and amenities are great too! Great location on the city as well! Can be a bit noisy at times, especially trash collection, but that doesn't really bother me too much. Overall, a great place with great people!
