Stafford Street Village

​I wanted to take a moment to share our excellent experience with the team at Stafford Street Village, particularly regarding their prompt and effective handling of a recent pest concern in our unit. ​ From the moment we reached out, Cheyenne, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and attentive. She addressed our concerns quickly and professionally, arranging for pest control services without delay. Her care and efficiency were truly appreciated, especially as we are expecting a baby soon and wanted to ensure a comfortable and worry-free environment. ​ We also had a fantastic experience with Brandon and Larry from the pest control service. I lived here just shy of two years and it truly has been a great place to live. The grounds are extremely well maintained, the maintenance team is speedy and fixes every problem, the inside of the apartments are clean, well built, and cute. The designated parking spots are also a huge plus. The pool and grill area are the best, such a great place to relax and hangout with friends in the summer. The people who live here are quiet and respectful. Now for some cons: this is a new build so the floors/ceilings are very thin and you can occasionally hear the person below/above you watch TV, listen to music, etc, I had a big problem with wasps and drain flies and neither got addressed fully, and occasionally you can hear someone speed down W State Street late at night. I have lived here with my family for 4 years. Management has always been easy to work with. Maintenance is responsive and timely. The grounds are well maintained. And, the amenities are nice and well kept. It's a lovely and quiet place to live.

Apartments are spacious and sound proof. Maintenance has been quick to respond the very few times we have had an issue. Management has been easy to deal with by email and phone. Only once did we have to reach out above our complex's manager. It was a difficult matter that had been caused by another tenant that led to injury. So not really the complex managers fault. It's quiet and the grounds are kept clean. Some minor rules are not always enforced but they can't be here every minute of the day. We have renewed twice and will do so again if offered a renewal. Great place for families and pets. Only wish the pet park was bigger for our bigger fur babies.

I've lived in many rentals over the past 30 years in four different states. Most rental management is not as responsive as I've found this property to be. I'm coming to the end of my first year and couldn't be more pleased. The complex is immaculate, apartments are quiet, and Larry, my favorite maintenance person, is very responsive. He knows his stuff, is extremely personable, and "just gets it done"!
