Bristol Square Apartments

After living for 6 years in an apartment with poor management and ongoing pest issues, moving here has been a huge relief. The difference is honestly night and day. The management here is excellent — responsive, professional, and actually cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, communication is clear, and issues don’t get ignored or brushed off. You’re treated like a person, not a problem. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and pest-free, which unfortunately was not my experience in my previous place. Living somewhere that feels safe, sanitary, and properly managed has made a massive improvement in my quality of life. If you’re coming from a situation with bad management, constant stress, or cleanliness issues, this place is a breath of fresh air. I

I don’t know who is lying on this apartments reviews. But it is clear because any five star reviews should go to negative 100 stars. Thankfully we only stayed at these apartments for a year and a half because they are NASTY. Roaches on every corner, rude neighbors, and an unhelpful management and owners. When you report a problem nothing gets fixed. The walls are paper thin and the paint work on the walls and the ceilings is sloppy. I am so happy for anyone who has a good experience there because to say the least we did not. Take my advice DO NOT LIVE HERE

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This apartment complex has a serious roach infestation! You pay for pest control but they rarely come. If you complain the maintenance guy will come spray but it makes the situation worse. I am moving out and will have to throw out a majority of my furniture because I don't want to bring the roaches with me. The laundry room is even infested and roaches will crawl out of the machines. The buildings are old and falling apart. The continually raise rent but do nothing to improve the units or property. They put sticker flooring down and paint the walls but thats the renovations. It is pet friendly which I love but most of the people don't pick up after their pets. They have small dog park that has so much poop in it that you won't want to let your dog run around in it. S

Best place my husband I have ever lived friendly staff quick to be on any maintenance issue and fix anything. Very clean and maintained. Very well lawn care. Very nice park. Great Mountain View which I love. Great neighbors, and just a great place to live. I recommend this place for anyone and very cheap.

Good value for the money. Apartments and grounds are clean and cared for. The staff are great and tend to any needs I have in very short order. I made the right decision selecting this complex. The manager Carolyn is awesome and really cares about her tenants.
