We listed with Stacie the beginning of June 2025 and closed on our home September 2nd 2025. The whole process was professional, soup to nuts. As you may know or not know when you do this kind of MLS listing it propagates to all the other listing services. The folks who bought our home saw our listing on Zillow. They also walked down to our local realtor who main arrangements to show them our home. Ironically the local realtor never signed a buyer's agreement with the people who she showed our home too. In the end those people ended up buying our home and they never paid for that realtor's one-time service of showing our home. We as the seller also never paid the buyers agent nor did we have to pay a seller's agent because we used the list 4 flat fee arrangement. In our case we saved over 1
