Grandview Place Apartments

I just moved from Grandview Place Apartments after living there for nearly 5 years. My unit was spotless when I moved in, the grounds are kept up very well and are beautiful, the neighbors are friendly, and the staff is superb. Shout-out to Renee and Kayla and Bert - their professionalism and responsiveness were much appreciated. I did wait a very long time to get in so start the process early. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment that feels like a home.

I lived here for 8 years and had a great experience. Kayla and Renee are wonderful people and manage the tenants with professionalism and respect. They are easy to work with and they are very approachable. I highly recommend Grandview Place for anyone who is looking for a great location to live for a very affordable rent rate.

Leafblowers on a SATURDAY blasting for over 5 hours now. It's also raining, so the leafblowers aren't even doing anything productive. Don't live anywhere near here if you want a peaceful weekend. I can't even go out on my patio because they use the leafblowers right up against my patio door, blowing absolutely nothing. I've never lived anywhere else that does this. Again, leafblowers on a saturday, all day long. STAY AWAY!

This is a beautiful and desirable apt complex, unfortunately the office staff are full of crap. Almost 2 years ago I went and put my client on the waiting list , I went by every month for a year only to hear the same thing " no notices " have been turned in i stopped by the other day and was told they haven't had and notices i asked if my client was on the list, I was told yes . But the lady never asked my clients name. And she said they dont have the list by names

Hello everyone, I have lived in these apartments for two years. Everyone is very nice and helpful. It is a quiet place with a pool, hot tab, sauna, basketball court and gym (it is never crowded). Very clean. Caretakers come several times a week. They have a long waiting list and now I understand why. Perfect place to stay, especially for seniors.
