This was our first custom home build and it was an awesome experience. We had some major delays thanks to the city of Camas and Covid but John was always upfront with us about why it was happening and always pushing the powers that be to get us going again. We were the first ones back to work each time. John asked us what we wanted in a home and found a plan that was close and then tweaked it to make it ours. He knew staying on budget was a priority for us, so he always gave us beautiful options that kept us on track. He knows what will work together and designed a gorgeous home for us.
