Key Property Services, Inc. is an extremely poorly managed company with constant turnover in the leasing office and little to no accountability. My grandmother has lived at this property for several years in an income-restricted community. Her income has decreased over time, yet her rent has continued to increase. She has been on a waiting list for a lower-income affordable unit for years, only to be repeatedly passed over while newer residents move in and are transferred into the very unit type she has been waiting for. This appears to be a direct violation of fair housing and affordable housing program guidelines. Recently, management informed her that her rent was increased again and claimed she could not transfer because she “failed to recertify” for the affordable housing program. H
