I just moved here a few months ago and absolutely love it!! The property manager Casey has been very helpful and amazing! This is my first time living on my own and she was quick to answer all the questions I had about moving and the process! Also Glenn is on top of Maintenance! When we first moved in there was a few things that needed to be repaired and within hours he came to fix them. I would recommend to anyone that this is a great place to live and the community here is amazing!!

I love the small community atmosphere and a committed staff ensuring the apartment complex is maintained and a safe place to live. I have lived there going on eleven years, and I can say that the staff is there to assist in anyway they can. The staff are quick to respond to maintenance request or another concern a tenant may have, and come up with a resolution.

Overall it’s a great living experience. However, the maintenance needs to be a little better. We’ve had issues and it’s taken months to repair or not been repaired at all. I’ve been there 7yrs and there were 2 maintenance people who handled things in a timely manner. Not anymore. Casey is a property manager when she’s there. I ask about getting things fixed in my apartment and it’s always “I’ll put a work order in.” But we never hear from her again. Until inspection time. But the club house has all new furniture. We pay a lot of money for our apartment and just want it to be kept up. We do our part but sometimes we need help. We’ve gotten to the point where we just don’t ask anymore.

Casey is always very friendly, helpful and listens to any concerns and quickly addresses any issues. Arthur is also very friendly and helpful when Casey is not in the office. Glenn responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner, fixes the issues, and takes time to answer any questions that you may have. He also is very friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the community is quiet.

I have been living here at The Links almost 10 years and i have truly enjoyed living herre.The staff have been very nice,and helpful to me.And I also have kind neighbors.I enjoy the peaceful upstairs stay.
