Autumn Park Apartments

Reggie and Amanda were so great and informative with me when I had questions about the apartment tour I did. Not to brag but Autumn Park has one of the most professional and sweet managers in the office, Jennifer Edwards. She helped me with no question. Love my soon to be home!

I really enjoy living here. Jennifer, Amanda, and Reggie make living here so worth it. They always make sure everything is taken care of to ensure the apartments are running smoothly. I would definitely recommend people to live here

I lived at Autumn Park for two years. I was quite content in my apartment. Maintenance staff was very good. Repairs were done immediately for any functional needs. Cosmetic needs often were not done or delayed and understandably put off. The maintenance staff are two people. Both were attentive and from what I witnessed always busy. I believe, but am not positive, the buildings are ~12 years old. So things like the water heaters were starting to need replaced as I imaging other appliances did as well. The complex was just bought late last year by the current owner. I heard cosmetic issues, let go by the former owner, were going to be addressed.

My husband and I took a tour of Autumn Park and got to meet Jennifer, Amanda and Reggie. We were impressed with how friendly they all were, and at how nicely kept this small community is.

My husband and I just moved in Autumn Park Apartments in Oxford NC , the transition was smooth. Jennifer made it so easy, and Amanda and Reggie are very helpful and kind.
