LGI Homes - The Meadows at Oxford

The receptionist was very hospitable. LGI team member, Leanna assisted me during my visit. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! I can’t speak for all LGI staff present, as I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by them while waiting. However, that wasn’t the purpose of my visit. I came for information and guidance on future LGI home buying, and in that regard, I was satisfied. Although I wasn’t initially offered a home tour and had to request one, I was able to get a very quick look at one of the homes. The home was nice and I liked the spacing between houses. Also, the current specials with competitive interest rates is an unbeatable plus for sure! Overall, I encourage folk to visit and check out LGI Homes - The Meadows at Oxford... a very nice community to reside!

Current homeowner….We’ve been in our new LGI home for just 4 months, and our air conditioning has already failed twice. While the home itself is beautiful, the lack of urgency and communication from LGI when it comes to fixing such a critical issue is disappointing — especially during the hot summer months. A new home should come with reliable systems and responsive support when problems arise. I hope LGI improves their service and steps up to support homeowners more effectively.

7/16/25: We viewed 2 single floor houses that have 3 bedroom, 2 bath Floorplans. The young salesman was knowledgeable as well as understanding of our needs, as well as our time line. The two houses were nice. The landscaping was nice. The area was nice and reasonably close to town and the interstate. I will attach a map of the lots. The one "loop" with cross roads is nearly complete and has a hand full of homes that will be available in august-october 2025. They have started construction on an area that connects the 1st loop and crossroads with a second loop and crossroads. I am unsure how long it takes to finish the homes or what the end date for construction is.

We love our new home we got through LGI! First-time homeowners and Kyle guided us through everything and made the process so easy! If you’re interested in living in a great neighborhood, we highly recommend Kyle and the team at LGI!
