1 star is too much. Very very very poor craftsmanship. Inside the house looks like a bunch of children did the finish work. Every day the gaps around the shower surrounds get larger. None of the doors close properly. All of the interior trim constantly needs attention. I know it's an inexpensive home but it's still a lot of money for what you get. Zero attention to detail.

Only giving one star because I have to. PLEASE do not give these people any of your time or money. The workmanship is very bad. You will have to spend so much time on the phone just TRYING to get someone to answer or call back. When you do get them trying to schedule repairs is a nightmare. They are a month out for repairs....FOR A REASON! They have so many repairs they are scheduling a month out. Our siding is falling off, glass in the shower is not in the track all the way they just siliconed it at the end and bent the metal up. Our back door still opens even in the locked position. Trim is falling off is MULTIPLE places. Doors are uneven. Sticker residue from packaging left on cabinets. Had an outlet that didnt work for 2 or 3 months when we moved in...the only outlet in the bathroom. T

Delivery with 53’ dry van actually pretty strait forward. Just enter the gate marked ‘Receiving’ and position in front of the outside ramp. A little busy with multiple trucks and different activities going on at the same time but seems to run smoothly enough.

I have been disappointed in the quality of the home and the service. The craftsmanship is poor due to every closet I have collapsed, multiple door knobs has came off (let alone not the same in the house), the vinyl on the side continuously warps, cabnits were supposed to be replaced soon as the house came due to being messed up (should be coming in within 8-12 weeks every single time I hear from them.) Customer service calls to ask for that 5 star review but everytime I tell them that stuff needed to be done for that kind of review it's we will get back to you, or ill transfer you over to someone (then the call just magically drops and never get a call back. I just received my new house built from this factory. The house is beautiful but the quality control is seriously lacking!! There were ALOT of nails left in the carpet, little pieces of something left under the floors and carpets in numerous spots, nails sticking out inside the cabinet... I could go on but you get the picture.
