Jess has been the absolute epitome of what you want in your realtor and even more. The constant communication, even on weekends and off hours, was so comforting that there was no unknowns for my wife or myself. He continued to keep his clients' best interest in mind during any negotiating while still allowing us to make any final decisions. He dropped everything to help meet contractors when we were unavailable and really made our extremely difficult deal happen with his consistent contact with closing attorneys, agents and lenders. It was very clear that Jess has created wonderful rapport amongst his colleagues and has gained their trust and respect.
