Linda Spurlock PrimeLending (NMLS#:583596)

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience with PrimeLending. I had originally contacted Sarah White who had reputable reviews and was transferred to Linda upon her employment change. My home buying process was nothing short of frustrating and full of errors. The prepared documents frequently had spelling errors and incorrect data. Communication and follow through was poor on the lenders end, causing delay in closing. As buyers, my partner and I completed all tasks and provided the requested documentation promptly. Now a month AFTER closing, additional employment information is being requested. I found this entire process unprofessional and disorganized and would not recommend this lending company or agent to future buyers.

Do yourself a favor a look somewhere else for help in the area of mortgage or lending. This agent is very slow in communicating causing us to pay for extensions and have trouble in closing. Would not recommend to friends and family.

Linda is wonderful! She was able to answer all our questions and help to get us a lower rate and closing.
