Horrible infestation throughout the complex that management does not disclose and now they are attempting to evict me claiming that I have a guest in a RV staying on their property while my guest is there to assist me due to their non-disclosure after being asked prior to signing my lease management is attempting to use Douglas county sheriff's department in their deception claiming my guest support is still parked on their property while the RV was removed from their property on the 7th after contact from Douglas county sheriff's due to the manager who I had not met nor had my guest contacted sheriff's department false reporting stating the RV had been parked on their property for 2 months straight & the owner was a threat which was completely confusing as I had actually only moved in 3

Last week, I visited this condominium and toured a one-bedroom apartment. It was in excellent condition, with a great price and a very good location. Rachel assisted me wonderfully — in fact, the whole team was amazing — but Rachel has been helping me throughout the entire process. On the same day, I submitted my application, and exactly one week later, I received the call that it had been approved. We are now very excited to move in. Rachel handled the entire process with great efficiency and dedication. By the end of this month, we will be moving, and I will share new updates then.

Just moved in. The apartments are super cute & cozy, everyone that I’ve ran into that lives there has been nothing but helpful & nice. I love it so far! Amir is absolutely amazing. Always go to him if you need help, he gets things done :) I only give it 1 star less from 5 because the application took too long due to Rachel not understanding/listening to my situation which led to Amir taking over. When you walk into the building it does have a weird smell & the elevators/hallway floors need to be cleaned but that’s about it. I do recommend it if you’re trying to find an affordable place to live!

At first we had no problems, it was fine and we were out on our own. Then recently we got an eviction warning. Never bothered to give us any prior warning on our door, and claims that they gave us a warning electronically. It says that we must move immediately or we will be forcefully removed. We have a one year old child and are being forced to move out without any savings and we can’t stay an extra 30 days to put together any savings. We have paid rent on time and have been respectful tenants, and now they are making us homeless. We had terrible neighbors and the front office is terrible at communication between tenants and themselves. We are being forced to move out in a day and have nowhere else to go. Thanks guys… oh and I’m also pregnant with our second child as well.

Amir is amazing! He helped me get my apartment fast when i was in a tough spot to find some place to move. He makes everything easy and understandable for everyone. It is a quiet area with affordable living and a nice neighborhood. I enjoy staying here!
