Library Place

I absolutely love living here. The apartment is gorgeous and well-maintained, the common areas are always clean and cared for, the parking is ample and easily accessible. The views are out of this world. This is the first time I’ve lived in an apartment community that feels like home. I could not be more thrilled with our decision to move here! The managers are kind and welcoming, and always helpful and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. All the maintenance staff I’ve met have been fantastic. The building is quiet and very little noise transfers throughout it. The neighborhood is safe and clean: I am so impressed how often the many public garbage and recycle containers are emptied and the street is swept. I have lived here for three years and am now, unfortunately, moving out to reduce my partner's commute. From day one, the staff was kind and accommodating. Rick and Corey in the front office really care for their residents and create a place that feels like home. The location and the view is unbeatable. I will cherish my time spent here and will forever miss that view of Port Gardner.

Library Place is an awesome place to live! I moved in shortly after it was built in 2012 and loved every day there. The views are great and the management team has always been fantastic. The latest management group is by far my favorite, (shout out to Cory and Rich) they’ve always been responsive and easy to work with. The maintenance team is also great, they’ve done an excellent job keeping a decade old building looking good and welcoming. I will miss this place and highly recommend it for anyone considering making it their new home. (Ignore the bird guano and JUST LOOK AT THAT WATER VIEW!!! Beautiful)

I'm very particular when it comes to choosing a place to live, and this apartment did not disappoint. From the moment I toured the property, I felt confident in my decision. I'm especially thankful to Cory for helping me find the perfect unit—he’s a great manager who was patient and responsive, always taking the time to answer and clarify my questions. The apartment itself feels luxurious, organized, and clean—exactly what I was looking for. Even though the building was constructed in 2012, you can really see how well it has been maintained. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice!

Awesome place to live, secure building(s) in downtown overlooking NS Everett, excellent views and close to everything. Management is great to work with, apartments are surprisingly quiet and pet friendly.
