if you like the landlord special with appliances that constantly break and money hungry property managers that couldn’t care less about their tenants, this is the place for you. during the renovations over this past summer, they taped plastic over the doors without notice and trapped people inside their apartments. left piles of wood and machinery in the hallways over night for weeks on end, painted over spiders, tacs, etc, just plain gross. said for weeks that everything on the balconies had to be brought inside for painting, constantly pushing the date back for about a month and a half, then finally showed up to do it one random day and threw anything left out over the fence into the woods. i wish i was kidding.

Definitely stay away, crime rate at this location is pretty high. Cars get stolen, broken into and vandalized. Not much light at night so it’s like an eye candy to the criminal. New tenants moving away within couple months. They will put a note in your door even just forgetting to pay on the first of month for rent, rent is due on the third. Very humiliating. Then when you are early for your rent, they will give you $25 Target gift card. Maybe next time send the tenant email or mail reminder instead of sticking a note to their doors that they will be evicted within 7 days for forgetting to pay the rent on the first when the rent is supposed to be due on the 3rd. The parking lot says there’s camera but there is none, talked to the cops about it and they were sadden to let us know that camer

Old but good. Recently updated. Landlady is responsive and very helpful.
