Liberty Square Apartments

Not bad apartments but they do need to fix the playground. As usual... Way too much money to rent a place here.

Management doesn't respond back to calls or emails, and there is mold on all the windows due to poor seals. Door locks aren't secure, and they also started charging everyone separate for garbage, water, while raising the rent on unoccupied units. It's only a matter of time until they start raising the rent for everyone. Don't do month to month, because they can change the rent whenever they please. Update: They took about half of our deposit away, and part of it was taken from something we had no control over - the mold, which wouldn't even be there if the seals weren't worn away on the windows. They also claimed to have “pulled a rag out of the toilet” after we left, and charged us for it; which didn’t happen. 😂

My truck broke down here late one night and it didn't take long before a few people took notice . I actually waited til morning to walk down the street to get gas for fear my truck would be ransacked by the time I returned. I've never seen so much activity at 3am. Very busy with people in and out. Never saw one cop though. Probably too busy running plates at gas stations or harassing the homeless to deal with actual criminals.

I lived here for one yr. I know everybody talks about William's Investments. They were kind to let me rent after I had only worked a few months after being off for 3 years. I was recently separated and single mother & I super appreciated it.

If it was possible to do 0 Stars I would absolutely do it. It’s actually shocking how this place even has 3 stars- one, the tenant holders are rude, think they’re high and mighty but they’re actually lazy. We had recently moved out of the apartment and I gave them a call regarding an address change and the lady I spoke with rudely asked me what I even needed and apparently they “can’t help us with any address changes” Second of all, when my husband and I were still living there, our refrigerator broke, we called the emergency number but the person did not arrive for about 4 hours. The neighbors are shady, we had a neighbor below us who smoked marijuana all day long which caused our apartment above to smell like marijuana, we spoke to the office but they did nothing about it.
