Nolo offers reliable resources, including landlord/tenant checklists and information. The positives ✨️ Units are nice. Renovation to units opening up are installed with beautiful flooring! There is a community room but it has been under construction for quite some time now. Landscapers have made the property look nice. There are 2 playgrounds. One is for younger children and the other is for school-age children. Although the playgrounds are decent, they need upgrades. The equipment is not accessible to disabled peers. 😒

I placed an application in to hopefully be accepted as a tenant. I look around the property and would love to live there. My fingers are crossed that the property manager will call me soon. I'm number 21 on the waiting list and I'm just praying someone will call soon as the apartments are move in ready. 🤞🤞🤞

I have only lived here for about a year and honestly do not have any complaints so far except about the mailboxes that have not been fixed so I have to get my mail every week directly from the post office. It is concerning though because some people do not have cars or even unable to make their way to the post office either due to physical capability or age so that definitely is an issue that needs to be addressed ASAP. I do feel like maintenance handles problems in a timely manner and if I need something more I can just go to the leasing office and handle it. I will say it seems like the residents have more issues upon themselves than anything and feel entitled because of how long they’ve lived here. Word of advice just keep to yourself like I do and you won’t have any problems. My 2 bed

They give u the run around,claim they called(which they never did) and then finally months later deny you because of credit.🤣🤣🤣 Management is a joke, and parking lot is horrible.

This place used to honestly be fairly decent. I’m pretty sure the government would be upset (since this is HUD housing) how it is being maintained. There has been extremely high turnover in the office. Maintenance? Who or what is that?! It’s disappointing when you have to wait years for things to be done. Newest office staff member has a personality like a wall. Unless your a new tenant they don’t care about the upkeep of your unit.
