Hardly ever a line. They know title work- have all your info. Fast and friendly service can't beat it ,definitely better than Parma.

Great experience.. however, I'm not sure how many people leaving reviews know the difference between the Title Bureau and the BMV.

They were extremely friendly and helpful. The one lady who helped us was very informative and caring about our situation. We had a big stack of titles to transfer and she didn't complain or act annoyed just cheerfully and willingly assisted us above and beyond what we expected. I would definitely recommend.

Horrible experience. Brought my 16-year-old daughter here to take her final test and of course she is a little nervous. Walked into the office which had one customer and two people behind the desk. Stood there for about two minutes without anyone looking up or greeting us. Thought maybe we were in the wrong office or invisible. In walks a Eric who again doesn’t look up at us or say hello. He goes behind the desk and just starts shuffling papers. I dared to ask if I was in the right place for the testing and he didn’t look up, but in a condescending way said I need to finish this first! When he called us to the counter he handed the clipboard and said to put the applicant name on line 13. Friendly, efficient, easy to talk to and answered questions politely.. In and out in 10 mins. With Title in hand. Definitely a 10...
