Stewart Title Company - Medina

I found Stewart Title to be slow and not friendly to real estate investors. Heather Robert’s blamed me for not signing documents that I found mistakes in and asked to be corrected. They also used a verification service that was unable to wire money to me because I was on a vacation in Mexico. All parties were informed that I would be out of the country during this transaction and I was assured there would be no issues. I use title services at least once a month and my experience with Stewart Title was not enjoyable. I would definitely not use them again

Heather at Stewart Title was very efficient, pleasant to work with and on top of the communication with us. We are very pleased with our experience with her and Stewart Title.
