Redwood Medina

Our tour at Redwood Medina was wonderful and the property is well kept. We enjoyed being shown around by Elisa, who was very personable, patient, and informative. She happily answered all of our questions and presented the best options for what we were looking for. My husband and I ended up choosing a different Redwood location because it was closer to his work, but our experience at Redwood Medina influenced our decision to stick with Redwood.

These ladies are nothing short of amazing! Great customer service and they went above and beyond. The manager traveled to meet me at another property and was so engaging. She cared about what I was looking for and found it. Best Redwood property ever and best team. Thank you.

A very A very beautiful community. The one story apartment homes offer a high level of convenience. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The office staff is very accommodating and keep you up-to-date through emails on upcoming events. The maintenance team is top notch and respond quickly to your maintenance needs. This was a very nice apartment experience for me. Probably the best. I would highly recommend redwood communities.

Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience at Redwood Medina. On April 8, 2025 I received a phone call from someone named Christopher in the Medina office stating that Four residence reported me for not picking up my dog poop. And also said that I would be charged $100 Per dog mess that I don’t clean up and that they were going to clean it this time but next time he’s going to have me come down there and clean it. talking to me as if he’s in charge of me or something. I offered him to come down and look at my garbage can to see the 15 or 20 bags of dog poop I had but he completely ignored everything I said. I also thought it was odd. It looked like he was calling me from a cell phone number and not Redwood‘s number.this phone call has made me furious because when you have no proof a

Very nice tour. We are moving to Redwood West Jefferson next spring or summer so wanted to see qhat the units looked like. That's all.
