John is the absolute best! Every interaction with him has been uplifting and positive. He keeps the community looking nice and is always helpful. He is the best asset to the team! Justin and Mavrin are also great assets to the maintenance crew and are excellent with residents and our pets. Daisy and Rolanda are very helpful in the office and go out of their way for the residents. Each time we needed to temporarily vacate the home they were extremely patient and understanding and did their best to make sure our needs were met. I haven't had the opportunity to interact much with the others, but they havent gone out of their way like the others do to make it happen.

We’ve lived in this neighborhood for three years. While we love the community and our home, the management has recently really gone downhill. I do believe that policy and procedure are important but so is having compassion and empathy. Especially for your tenants who don’t know one day to the next what is happening with their military member. It clearly shows what is important to this new management team. I will say that the maintenance team at this property is superior. John is simply amazing, he is so friendly and attentive when someone comes to him with a concern. These people are full of crap do not do your business here for any military housing. More than half a year now they are telling us that we owe money after moving out July. No one knows how to do their job there because when we called multiple times when we moved out, they said our balance is paid for the move out that they owed us money and now they’re calling us saying it was never paid even though we were told couple months after that it was. Not only that when we’re living there, they took all of her BAH and took months to get it in order and refund it to us.

My husband and i just moved here and Rolanda is super sweet and made us feel welcomed. She explained everything in details and took very good care of us and answered any questions my husband and i had. The area is beautiful which is why my husband and i picked this place.😊

We have been living here for almost a year now, and I’d say for military housing you can’t beat it. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded and the ho release population has not been an issue. Management is welcoming and maintenance is quick to respond and has been exceptional especially John. We see him out and about daily and he is one of the friendliest guys I’ve ever come across.
