LGI Homes - Legacy

Except for 1 not so pleasant encounter with a rep, everyone else was personable and knowledgeable. The homes shown are beautiful and as of my tour of several communities all appliances(including refrigerator-which is rare) and lots of added upgrades included in price. Our rep Carey made us feel comfortable, appreciated and respected. The yard spaces and buffer zones between homes in the area we were looking is what sealed the deal for us...

My husband and I purchased our home with LGI and we absolutely love our new home. Rachel was the best. She was always there to answer my questions, and when things got rough she always had encouraging words to say, which meant a lot to me. John also kept the lines of communication open with my husband between the both of them we were always aware of what was going on. The entire team was great. Everyone was also welcoming and helpful each time we showed up at the office. If we had questions or concerns the LGI staff was there to assist. Purchasing a home is extremely stressful but the LGI team helped to make the process more enjoyable.

My husband and I moved into our new home last week. We are so happy. Jada was wonderful. From the first time I came in and we sat and had a cup of coffee. She has a great personality. Project Manager John, Sales Rep - Rachel and Construction Manager Joel, were excellent from start to finish. We were the first family to move into Legacy and I am very grateful and blessed to be living the in our new home . Being a first time homebuyer was a little nerve-wrecking but a rewarding experience. Everyone at Legacy went above and beyond for us, even when we hit some bumps along the way, JOHN stuck to his word and made sure we were in our home by our contract closing date. LGI - LEGACY really cares about you as a person and not just a number. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I want to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Jade Palmer for her time, professionalism, knowledge, insight, and guidance regarding the first-time homebuyer's process. I knew my time with Ms. Palmer was special because she explained the process clearly and in a simplied manner that was not over my head. You could see and feel she was passionate about what she was saying because she had this very pleasant smile on her face throughout the entire time I spent with her. Sometimes in life the simplest things can be the happiest times we can know. Again, I want to thank Ms. Palmer for her expertise and the advice she shared with me.
