I will go ahead and tell you right now: do not purchase here. I have lived in not one, but two houses in this neighborhood and the difference in their quality is astonishing. First home: beautiful home. no structural flaws. my friend bought it and she loves the home and is thriving. Current home: not even 8 months old and it is falling apart. I had the outside trimming FALL off, the outdoor light has now fallen off. my screen door latch has broken. NOT EVEN EIGHT MONTHS. I bought a home here a second time because my first experience was so great. but this time? sales clerk, crickets. builder, crickets. when they come in to do repairs? no communication. I went to see one of their models that will be offered at another location. It is a well made home from what I can see, and a reputable builder. Depending on the area/location, it is modestly priced. I plan to buy.

Purchased/built our first home with KB and couldn't be happier. The quality of work, combined with their amazing staff was wonderful. We are loving our new home and being involved every step of the way during the build process made the experience that much more worth it.
