We moved into our new home in Hillcrest Ranches at the start of the year and couldn't be happier. The entire journey - from signing the contract to closing - took about 7 months, with the actual construction completed in just about 4 months. The process was smooth and very positive. Alan Solotky was a great help during the initial stage. He explained all the options and possibilities in detail, helping us choose the perfect fit for our needs. During construction, we were in constant contact with Brian Hughes. Brian and his team (Isaiah) are true professionals. Always available to answer questions and assist with concerns. Brian and Isaiah Our Project Managers have been exceptional. We have been impressed with their professionalism and integrity. They have been on top of their game when it comes to expertise, communication and implementation. They readily addressed any concerns. Throughout the project, there has been clear communication to us about the status, and they are always on schedule with tasks. We receive pictures every week and Brian calls with updates every Friday. Very smooth friendly experience.

So excited about my new home. It is well crafted and so large!! It was worth the wait. Brian and his crew did a great job! I’m still in shock that I’m a homeowner. The community is quiet and the people are friendly.
