I had several severe health issues this year and could no longer maintain our house, yard and the generall upkeep of the property. I needed to sell the house quickly. Emailed them and Jeff quickly called me back. We set up a meeting , he made us an offer and let us think about it over the weekend. We decided to take the offer and things went quickly from there.
