Lexington Village Apartments

I moved into this apartment in November last year after living in a single-family home. I chose this place because it was one of the few that allowed pets, and I had been with my beloved dog for nearly 18 years. It meant a lot to me to be able to bring him with me. This community has many pet owners, and there’s a large lawn in front of the building where dogs can run and play. I truly appreciated the kind neighbors and the warm atmosphere among residents. Sadly, about a month ago, my dog peacefully passed away here, but I’m grateful he spent his final days in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Do not move here if you can help it. Like other reviews have stated, maintenance might as well be non-existent. Good luck getting them to come help you, especially if it’s urgent. The office staff also does not care. I don’t believe there is a single owner or worker for Lexington Apartments that actually cares about the place or the people. Most of us have squirrels absolutely terrorizing our attics and they do nothing about them except throw peppermint around which keeps them away for maybe a week but usually only a few days. Even if they make their way INTO your apartment from the shoddy work done in your kitchen, no one will come help you. They gave us zero notice and tossed our two expensive bikes in the trash, with one being stolen before we got home and saw. They had been outside our

Don't do it. * Maintenance doesn't answer calls (Our sink was backed up for weeks) * The apartment complex floods * I've had my car broken into * I've had to park in the street during snow storms * Racoons are living in the attic space (We have video) * When you leave, they will try to withhold large portions of your security deposit and the only way to get it back is to go to court. * Dog weight limit is not followed
