Riverview Terrace apartments in Clark NJ really is a great place to live, such a wonderful community. Sam is exceptional, he handles the property management and cares about the tenants. He does a consistently outstanding job resolving any issues that come up. Thanks Sam!!!

I have been here quite a few years. Nice complex, no drama, no problems. Super is a nice guy, always responsive. Front office ladies as well. Nice place to live. For me, it is centrally located and close to everything, but off the main road and pretty quiet. Apartments are pretty nice sized. The renovated units are really beautiful. Definitely a neighbor hood feeling.

I’ve lived in Riverview Terrace Apartments for a few years now. I wasn’t sure how it was going to be moving out of my house and moving into an apartment but I have to admit I’m very happy here. Brittany and Dana in the front office are really friendly and helpful. Sam and Lewis always provide outstanding maintenance assistance and are also super friendly. It’s a great place to call home.

Quiet and safe. Hallways need some improvements. Paint is not enough. Hallway carpets are smelly and old. Upstairs appartments that are "renovated" have squeaky floors.

I am a brand new tenant and I encountered an issue with my apartment. I contacted the office who was extremely responsive to my concerns. They acted immediately and the problem was resolved within hours. I am very impressed with their professionalism and diligence. Thank you.
