I made an offer on a commercial property that Tony D’Agostino was selling for his “neighbor” That should have been the first red flag! First of all the guy is ancient and has no idea how things work. So beware if you are a young buyer with even a centimeter of common sense . And that you have hopes and dreams. Tony and co. Will shatter those. He admitted that he has never reviewed a commercial real estate contract before and was trying to force our lawyer to draft up a residential contract on a commercial transaction so he could understand it! He should never had the listing to begin with. He made us “think” we were under contract and we never were. We were strung along for weeks.
