We listed and sold our previous home with Brandon Daunno and we purchased and closed on our new home with Brandon. This was the 8th Real Estate transaction we made so we were prepared to deal with anything, or so we thought! It took a lot more effort and had a lot more challenges than our previous transactions, and quite simply, Brandon made it all happen. We appreciated his quiet and businesslike demeanor and his keen attention to all details. We sincerely recommend him!

The Daunno family realty is the best anyone can get. Selling/buying a home is so very stressful. There was never a time that I called Brandon or Rudy that they didn't pick up or call immediately back. They are professional, honest, respectful, knowledgeable, experienced and the nicest guys. I actually missed them after they successfully completed the sale/purchase transactions of our homes. I recommend them HIGHLY!!

I’m writing this review from my recent experience with Spencer Daunno as a landlord. I will say that most of the time I was there I didn’t have a negative experience except for waiting weeks to hear back from him sometimes when I would inform him of any minor issues that came up with the unit. This review is in response to the unlawful deduction from my security deposit when he showed his true colors. I tried to have a civil and respectful discussion via text when I was told that I was being charged for replacing blinds that I did not damage. I also have video evidence of the unit/blinds in question the day I officially moved out. I also have screenshots of conversations with Spencer informing him of one of the blinds in the bedroom not working months prior to moving out of the unit which

I worked with Rudy at Daunno Realty Services, LLC after my uncle passed away, to sell his house. During a tough time, Rudy make it as simple as possible for me. He was very thorough, efficient, and proactive in making sure I was up to date on the work he was doing and where we were in the process. He made sure everything was done in a timely fashion, and went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on scheduled.
