I lived here for 5 years. Paid a $1400 deposit. When moving out the place was very clean. We just missed just the shower, due to the water company turning off the water a day early. The place was super clean and they charged us over $900 for a cleaning fee. We actually owed them miney after moving out. I would not recommend renting from them.

I had some Maintenance I needed taken care of. When I called I was transferred to Maintenance. Explain the issue to Zach (whom i have Spoken to on Several different occasions and he Has always been polite and respectable) he in turn Connected me with Matthew. We made an appointment for the next day. Matthew showed up on time and ready to work. After looking over the situation, he needed to order part he kept me informed, and he was also a very polite young man. We scheduled a new appointment. The part came in earlier than usual. He contacted me and asked if I would like an earlier appointment to get it taken care of. Once again he showed up on time, took care of it And asked me if there’s anything else….Thank you for the great customer service Matthew…

Unprofessional, to say the least, we've had 3 new "property managers in the years we've lived here and have had nothing but issues since before we moved in. They took well past our initial deadline to move in waiting until I was 40 weeks pregnant before they finished their work on the house and I could sign the paperwork to move, I was told by the original that they did the bare minimum as to get us in sooner, since moving in any time I have requested maintenance since these new "property managers" took over we have had noting but push back and rude remarks towards us. We pay to live here. We shouldn't have to worry about our children being harmed playing in/ on our own yard and deck. Properties are some what outdated and overpriced. Even then I never really minded but with that being said while you live there or after and you have any questions don’t feel free to call. You will be met with attitudes of you being inconvenient. I simply had a question. Was met with a few questions that I did not have a problem answering them and was met with “what do you want me to do about it?”. Terribly rude attitude. Did not care if what I asked for was not able to be met, I was just put off with the attitude. Very unprofessional.

After the death of my brother-in-law in September of 2014, our family needed to move my sister from Sweet Home to Albany. I looked for a rental that she and I could share, that could also accommodate her young companion animal. We looked at a bunch of rentals but we were always the second people to inquire, so we weren’t having much luck. That all changed when we found a beautiful Lepman managed home with a huge (HUGE) fenced backyard (cherry tree, apple and pear trees) that had just come onto the market. We began renting this home from Lepman Properties in February 2015. The newer management team of Cindy - Erika - Tonya and the rest of the folks there, are genuinely interested in making sure that your experience renting from Lepman Property Management is a good one. I can vouch that t
