Once you move into the property good luck on reaching anyone at this offie. They don’t answer the phone, they give you number to text that they also will not respond to.

My Window leaked and was literally separating from the building, maintenance man harasses and forces himself onto female tenants. High chance of police presence, multiple car break ins, domestic disturbances, homeless/meth addicts banging on residents front door. Door code is given to all of Baytown. Trash and litter fills the parking garage but is somehow picked up when the leasing company is touring an apartment. Stray cat infestation. Random fees each month. No amenities and walls are paper thin. Both times I lived with this property, Janet and Natalie missed their tour dates and dates to give keys were missed, even though I paid deposit and prorated rent. They will find anyway to keep your deposit and are LIARS!!! Beware of this leasing company! Highly unprofessional!

Had an appointment with Janet to go look at a rental property. Was sent a text to confirm my appointment a couple of hours prior. Sat at the property waiting for over 30 mins. She never answered the phone. After sitting outside waiting a man shows up and says he rented the house. She finally texted me 2 hours later after my appointment time and informed me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She obviously knew it was rented and no longer available as she did not show up for the appointment.

If this is your property owner, move out soon. These people do not care about anything. They tried to make me go out of my way to replace a $2.50 bulb in a refrigerator that is not mine. I’m not responsible for fixing appliances. And they let one of my parking spots get taken after I emailed them twice to let them know the new parking cart was wrong. Now I have two vehicles and 1 parking spot. They allow people to leave their laundry in the machines for 45 minutes before we can take it out. The place is never clean. Nobody is here onsite to address all issues. That’s why it’s always screwed up around here. This is the WORST PORPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If you’re thinking about moving into a property these people manage, RUN!!!

If this company is managing the property you are planning to rent.. run away and move on to looking somewhere else. Appliances not fixed for weeks, serious/hazardous maintenance issues ignored and not fixed timely, and when we moved in the house was full of cobwebs and food left over in pantry/refrigerator (which we know was in there for months because we saw it when we looked at the place). We left the place cleaner than we found it and still charged us a cleaning fee. Company is hard to get a hold of as well. Worst renting experience me and my wife ever had.
