Well, back in 2001 and one I used Chase I was only 18 years old and my great grandmother was 87. I had to bury her. I called them today. The lady was very rude. They did not even have any information on my great grandmother after I paid thousands of dollars to bury her then they say Woodlawn cemetery is no longer theirs so they don’t even know where she’s buried when you try to go and visit your loved ones you can’t even go because they don’t even know where she’s buried because now they say they never own Woodlawn cemetery in Saint Augustine sad
