Lennox Place Townhouses

Unfortunate company. I recently was in the process of applying for this property through Latitude Residential. Throughout the process it was known that I would be bringing emotional support dogs with me. It wasn't until they realized one was a German Shepard that it was an issue. No where on their poor excuse of website do they clearly state which breeds are "restricted". In fact, any information on the properties they manage are limited. Having an Emotional Support Animal as a reasonable accommodations requires housing providers to exempt the individual’s animal from breed, weight, size restrictions. I lived at Lennox for almost 3 years and my experience was great. As a first-time renter, Michelle and her office were so helpful with the move-in and rental process. The maintenance crew was always helpful and communicative when we needed something. Athens is a growing town, and the Lennox townhomes are right next to the new school being built. It’s a great and safe little community of townhomes. I’m sure all of Latitude’s other properties are the same as well. 10/10 recommend renting here!

Overall it's nice apartments, great and safe for kids. I have issue with the lighting at night. I was doing a doordash delivery and couldn't see. I had to use my phone light to see the door numbers so I can deliver the food to the right person. Also this can be a safety issue, please fix the lighting then it'll be 5 stars

I received a $1500 water bill for their faulty toilet leaking in my apartment and trying to say im responsible for it.
