Weichert Realtors - SEM Associates and their agents are amazing. They are extremely professional and personable. When it comes to selling your home, they pull out all the stops! From hiring a professional photographer, sending mailers to advertise your home, holding open houses, door knocking the surrounding community, and leveraging social media advertising - they use every means possible to make sure the word gets out about your home. A lot of work goes into both listings and working with buyers, and I appreciate their work ethic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sale!

I found the owner of this business to be one of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Sadly, and most unfortunate, however, I have found that his one realtor, PATI CORNELL, is dishonest, manipulative, unprofessional, and unethical in my having had her as my realtor. She did NOT look out for our best interest as she was hired to do, allowed my written contract to not be upheld due to her personal feelings, among other things. She knew, and was made aware by me, that items were "STOLEN" out of, AND from the home I was buying, as everything was specifically stated in my contract what was being left, and what was being taken. She called me selfish, lied to me, used manipulation and my empathy to bully me into agreeing to what the buyer wanted, (she was HIS REALTOR as well)
