Latitude Residential

It’s been almost a year since I moved out of my loft downtown that I lived in for five years. I started documenting the brick walls in my apartment leaking whenever it rained back at the beginning of 2020. This problem persisted the whole five years that I lived there. It would take weeks for Maintenance to respond to the issue. My baseboards had bowed from the water, and there was definitely mold growing in the apartment. I was sick all the time. The moisture was almost unbearable at one point. They replaced the roof and it still leaked. When it was time to move, I had to break my lease because of the timing of getting a new job and they still made me pay over $4000. My neighbor’s ceiling fell in one night from rain damage and they waited almost a month to fix it as well (pictured below).

I lived at Lennox Place for 3 years, and it was a great experience. The apartment was completely move-in ready with no painting or repairs needed. It’s a safe and welcoming community where my kids had space to play, and being so close to City Park Elementary was a huge plus. Any time I had an issue, especially with the AC, maintenance responded quickly and always fixed things expeditiously. The staff was super nice, easy to deal with, and always respectful. I would definitely recommend Lennox Place to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to live!

Well I was a tenant or over a year in a half it was brutal living there just a heads up the neighbors in behind us partied all night long with loud music that the whole neighborhood could hear. The place we lived I had mold growing but don't worry it was covered up so you can't see it. Oh yeah we also paid out of our pockets to have it exterminated every month because it had roaches in it took us 4 months to kill them after I asked them before signing a lease if it had bugs they said oh no there no bugs they said it did have a problem with ants at one time. The trailer was like 30+ years old and 1200.00!a month then they went up on us because we wouldnt sign a lease to 1300.00 its not worth what you pay there so my advice is to keep looking the neighborhood is ok with a exception of one ne

Been renting with Latitude since December 2022. Quick and efficient response to issues like AC problems or water leaks. Accommodating at most properties for furry friends. Maintenance personnel or outside maintenance contractors always friendly!

We've rented a 3-bedroom apartment from Latitude at Lennox Place for several years now & we love it! The apartments are very nice & well taken care of. The management office & maintenance staff are always available & super-helpful. Any time I have any sort of problem, they respond right away. A nice, quiet & clean place to live that I'd recommend to anyone. Also: they're pet-friendly too!
