Ridgetop Apartments

We have lived here for almost 10 years and have been very thankful for the way the management and staff have treated us. It's a beautiful place to live, managed and overall, very peaceful. We have enjoyed the way that the staff comes together to provide activities, and holiday fun for the children and all residents. They continually strive to keep residents needs taken care of in a timely manner. Their maintenance man, Brent is one of the kindest and hardworking men that we know. He has been a tremendous help whenever we have had an issue with anything. I have given Ridgetop a 5 star rating based on our own personal experience while residing here. Are there a few changes I'd like to see afterwards ten years? Sure. Maybe I'll drop a hint or two by the office. 😀

Love the location and apartments are reasonable. The only thing I am not happy with is that my rent went up $69 when I renewed my lease. They are excellent with maintenance. I feel safe. Just wish they had a pool instead of playground because Everytime my little girl goes to the playground she gets bullied

Great place to live! Management and maintenance are very responsive and reliable. The whole complex is really nice outside, and the apartments are very nice for the most part. My only two issues are the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are unsightly and old, some are not properly installed. The playground equipment is old and needs updating.

I've been here for 3 years .I've been satified with the complex.There good neighbors in my area a least.My building watches out and respects each other on daily bases. Our maintainence man is devoted,caring, and hard-working. He is on top of things .New management is professional and nice.Our last manager was also,she is missed.They make us feel appreciated here.Most people are friendly and doesn't bother others around them.The ones I know are respectful and kind to those around them.

I’ve lived here 3 1/2 years and have had no main issues. Sometimes we can issues with kids, BUT that’s because there is no other adult out there watching their kids. Management is awesome and nips things in the butt immediately! Would recommend others to live here.
