I think Elontae is a great agent for this company. She is persistent, eager, and willing to help. That is always a plus. Such great customer service and attention to detail. I truly thank Elontae for her kindness and support through the home shopping process. I ran into a hiccup during the process personally so I wasn’t able to close either Lennar, but once I have things situated… this neighborhood is for sure at the top of the list

What a wonderful experience!!! Hands down to my angel especially. Who went over and beyond my expectations. Who shielded and looked out for me and gave me hope when my hope was just about depleted. I'm talking about Susan Robertson. One of the sales consultant for Lennar. ( nick name is Doll face" because she looks like a beautiful porcelain doll. It was a pleasure working with her. She has a heart of Gold. If you ever want to buy a home in timber ridge, I recommend her. Lovely experience! Everyone from Susan to the financing to the construction and so forth were AMAZING!! I absolutely love my home! It’s spacious, secluded and beautifully made! They pay attention to detail and I LOVE IT!!

LENNAR HAS RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW, BUT ADDRESSED NONE OF MY COMPLAINTS. IN PARTICULAR, THERE WAS NO EXPLANATION FOR THEIR MISERABLE REVIEWS. 80 REVIEWS HAVE THE LOWEST POSSIBLE SCORE. ONE WONDERS HOW MUCH EFFORT LENNAR PUTS INTO IMPROVING THEIR PERFORMANCE!! I visited Lennar Timber Ridge in Douglasville, GA on Sept 23, 2024. I was stopped by a man in a truck who said I was trespassing. He threatened to call the police and “faked” dial Why? He was angry. Very angry. I do not know why.. He would not give me his name. I emailed the LENNAR Executives (all of them) FIVE TIMES over the past two weeks with NO response, complaining about their employee. The unnamed employee threatened me. Had a great experience with Lennar, we worked with Susan who is amazing who helped and answered assisted and answered any questions that we may have had throughout our whole process. Love the community, although it is new construction and still building I’m confident we made the right decision!
