I would give zero if I could for what I’m currently experiencing. My sink is leaking. Plumbing came 3 times. Not a plumbing issue (that can be seen). The contractors for the sink fought us saying it’s a humidity issue. I finally get a brand new sink on Friday. Was supposed to be Thursday but they forgot to schedule it. I was only supposed to be without a sink for a day. Now I’m on 4 days because they didn’t schedule the plumbers to come back and hook everything up again. I have a baby they I need to properly wash bottles. They don’t contact you about times or schedules unless you call first to figure it out. This has been an ongoing issue since I moved in A MONTH AGO. I WANT MY SINK.
Lennar at Sullivan Farm is a wonderful community. The homes are gorgeous.
