Lennar at Silver Falls Single Family at Silverleaf

We bought new home with two died palm trees includes, Called Lennar they said it’s not their responsibility, I have to remove dead trees by my own expense, I Would not recommend this builder.

We want to thank you Karol Herrera and Meisha Dubois for helping and to make process to smooth and easy. When we have questions they helped us and explained every time. We love our new home

Great bang for the buck with lots of upgrades. Sold it after 16 months with no issues. More than I can say for the other 4 we bought in silverleaf.

We had a great customer service experience from Ricardo, Briauna, Mat, and especially Charlie when we bought our new home at Silver Landing. Everything went smoothly and transparently. The only thing that was not relayed to us was the location of the mailbox, but overall, it was great. For first time home owner like us, Charlie Wadsworth Jr., the Construction Manager went beyond during our Home Orientation, he gave us a lot of advice, tips and recommendations. Would definitely refer Lennar to my friends who want to move in St. Johns/St. Augustine.
