Lennar at Shearwater

Probably the worst quality home you can buy. Nothing lasts more than a few years and then they tell you it’s not their problem they didn’t do it- it’s the contractors or anyone else’s faults except their own. I would never ever ever buy another home from them and will always tell people to buy from some other builder. Stay clear of Lennar and look elsewhere

Bought a townhome, property appraisal came several thousands (greater than 10k) less, raised issue with Lennar, no one responded. I was told someone from management will call and no one called, despite following up several times. Also, pulled the delivery several months forward and there was no communication. Stay away from Lennar, doesn't respect your business or address concerns!

Very nice homes. They have a large variety to choose from.

They are expanding Shearwater!! Already a great community in the heart of St Johns county, great area for schools. Lennar is building townhomes to make it easier for our military to be able to raise a family in this awesome neighborhood. Some of the best amenities you will find anywhere, check it out, they are selling now!
