When shopping around for homes, Lennar quickly stood out to me and I was eager to meet with a Lennar Sales Representative. I was easily able to schedule an appointment over email. We arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment, no one was on site. At exactly 2:59pm, a car pulled up in the parking lot-it was the sales rep. Come to find out her name is Raquel Barrett AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Raquel failed to greet us as she unlocked the door, went to her desk (still hasn’t greeted us), and began to work. I had to remind her I had an appointment scheduled at 3pm. She came over and said “how can I help you?” She took us through the model we were interested in and spent a whopping 5 min quickly explaining what we’re options. I had an appointment to sit down with a sales agent at 3:00PM Saturday. My girlfriend and I arrived at least 5 minutes early and the office was closed. Raquel Barrett, the sales agent, pulled in to the parking lot at 3:00. She walked by us as though we weren’t there and didn’t say a word. After she unlocked the door and we walked in she proceeded to go to her desk without addressing or assisting us. We said we had an appointment and she had no response. It was as if she had no interest in selling a home or was was profiling us because of our age. We were left trying to lead the conversation. She was not helpful in answering any of the questions we had and didn’t seem to know anything about what homes were available next, what lots we could choose from, design option, color options, etc. We
