I was there to check out an adult my daughter found. I live in the same town as Lennar at Riverwoods. The Model home was locked even though a sign said open. There's alot of happy builders out there. It was fun to listen to their music and chatter. Lots of new homes going up in different stages. There seems to be a lot of land they are leaving open in back of the houses. I came into the development one way and left the opposite way.
Enjoyed touring the models. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful.
