I don't usually rate this low but this place is terrible to live in. I paid over $1,800 a month for multiple leaks that the "property manager" is incapable of fixing and incompetent, windows could barely seal with the help of my 2x4's holding them, roaches, centipedes and silverfish coming out of every crevice and aggressive neighbors. I wish I could get a whole year of my life back. Don't let the cool looking brick deceive you into getting trapped here.
