Please share this as much as you can. Lets help someone save their money Our house roof is leaking!!!! we bought our house with Lennar on 2022 and moved in on Feb 2023. It was a new build. The inspection person was not satisifed with the condition on the house, and he even said all Lennar Homes are in the same boat. But we still moved in(really bad decision by us) as the house market was at peak during that time, and we already paid too much at that point. now just 2 years in the house, it cannot stand the cold weather and started leaking from the roof!!....I mean leaking?!?@?!?!?!?@?!?!?.......i lived in a townhome before which was built on 2007 and i lived there between 2017-2022, every year it showed, but not a single leak. this tells you that Lennar people cared zero while building t

I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of a Lennar Homes representative. This individual reached out to me on Facebook under the guise of addressing a personal matter but resorted to vague and baseless accusations, claiming I had “disrespected his family.” When I asked for specific examples, none were provided. Instead, he doubled down, in his attempt to create an uncomfortable and intimidating situation. Our daughters play on the same basketball team, and his actions have directly impacted my child’s enjoyment of the sport. She no longer wants to participate because of the hostile environment created by his behavior. This is unacceptable. Be aware of Very Shady Mortgage advisors with lennar preferred lender. they will do anything to get your underwriting approved, Even Illegal things!!!!!!!! Sales agents are okay, however, very tied up with their corporate to do whatever it take to side with them, even to turn in all your coms with them. I strongly recommend not purchasing home with them. If you had to, go with outside lender, and most importantly bring a great buying agent that will help you in the process.

I have worked with a few of the agents at lennar and can honestly say it's always been a great experience. The agents will answer any questions needed when looking at homes. These homes sell very fast so get them while their hot.

The homes are spectacular. However, there are cars parked all over the streets which are narrow and the houses have very little space between them. The only difference between the house and an apartment is not actually sharing a wall.
