Lennar at Preston Trails

There are things that large companies do that can sour a home buying process. I'm not sure Lennar is any different than most of these super tech companies that are in the home buying space. Once one gets past that, the team here at Preston has been outstanding. Zak, Sawyer, Kim, and sorry for those I missed are gems and turn around what lawyers sour. They ARE Lennar and Preston and have made my home a pure delight. I bought a Napa, it's just perfect size and I don't live to pay for heating bills, yet still can accommodate guests perfectly. This sub division and homes are diamonds. Fabulous neighbors that care. A great mix of home owners. A stones throw fron highways and all conveniences. I can't see how a person can't be happy once they get thru the unnecessary hurdles. Great hu

We love our Lennar home. It is very well built. The extras that were included was a pleasant surprise. The price we paid was very reasonable. It was lower than other subdivisions we looked at. Lennar gave you so many upgrades that were included. But the big surprise was the support you receive after you purchase your home. They are there for you. We are so happy at Preston Trails. Thank You to all the people that work for Lennar.

So far so good! Love love love our new home and the neighborhood is adorable. Lennar has been on point for everything we had to contact them about. We followed the building process from start to finish and these homes are built just as good as any. We also have internet, so...🤷‍♀️

Are people really paying over $300k for these houses? The pictures look nice but you can tell from the outside they are cheaply made and thrown together. The only thing that makes these houses different is the color. One quick look will let you know these are cookie cutter houses that are thrown together at a high profit and they will most likely do anything to make a sale. There's no way I would buy a house in the subdivision I don't care how good the neighborhood is.

Don’t buy in this subdivision We did and we’re sorry Lennar did nothing but lie to us through the entire process Once we closed Lennar would not return calls or emails We were told the community was wired for cable and internet which I need for my job that wasn’t true
