Cherry hill town homes has great maintance and everybody that lives there is helpful and kind it's super chill

I think the only thing that really matters is that the management does a great job at handling all types of situations. Nothing is going to be perfect in any renting situation (the furnace can go out unexpectedly, a neighbor might be loud, another tenant won't pick up their dog poop, etc.). Still, Cherry Hill feels perfect because you can depend on the management to handle the situation quickly and kindly. This is why I stayed for so long; I didn't feel the need to move until I was ready for a house :)

I lived in Cherry Hill some yrs ago now. They did background checks. Which was fine. I had something from when I was 19. I moved in when I was over 35. So many yrs had passed. The woman manager was completely rude to me the entire time I lived there. I actually caught her and the mail lady looking thru my mail! I also was trying to get an ex away from me. He broke in. I called the police. And the management NEVER ended up fixing my door or lock. They were no help. When I finally moved out, I was told I had been a great tenant. And she'd be sad to see me go, and at the walk thru all was great. No problems! After that, I got harrases by a lawyer for years for the carpet they tried to charge me for. I was there for 4 yrs! I spoke with Kimberly on the telephone I am living in Texas to be moving back to my home state next year in 2025 Kimberly was so polite explaining everything too me very polite, I am looking forward to moving back to my home state next into Cherry Hill townhomes. Initially i was looking into another townhouse complex that had really horrible reviews against the reviews and my better judgement i was still going to accept but i looked at Cherryhill reviews and wow so many positive reviews. Annamarie the housing specialist was so amazingly helpful from my application process all the way up till move in. I'm not sure where I've been renting in the past but i can say this is one of the very few places where i have been to and tenants voices were heard. Whatever i was uncomfortable with they ensured to accommodate me. All i can say is blown away! Please Please Read Reviews Before Moving!!
