Lennar at Phoenixville Heights

**CAUTION IF CONSIDERING** I encourage anyone considering buying with Lennar to lookup the ongoing lawsuit with Steelpointe & Lennar (US Home LLC) filed in Chester County Common Pleas. Lennar is refusing to correct problems in the homes built in that development that appear to have deficiencies with the fire protection between homes and have experienced leaking roofs. When a good faith request was made to Lennar to address and at least inspect, they claimed they would respond directly, however did not do so and turned it over to their attorney. This was after an in-person effort where a Lennar representative was behaving in a threatening manner and called the police. These business practices are concerning given the investment made in a home.

I had a fantastic experience touring model townhomes today with Sean. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as he walked me through all the features and options of the new build. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. Sean answered every question I had thoroughly and gave great insight into the Lennar homebuying process. The model home was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and now I have decided to make one of Lennar’s homes my future home thanks to Sean’s guidance. Highly recommend working with him if you’re exploring Lennar communities!
